Personal Branding is a hit!

I just got back from a trip to Shelbyville, Indiana (arch-nemesis: Springfield, IL for you Simpsons fans). Several of the office’s agents are excited about a new program we’re creating that will allow us to help them create their own personal brand. Our intent is to help them ID their unique points of difference in order to stand out from the crowd of thousands of other realtors in central Indiana. By the time we’re done, these guys will have the Carpenter training and the tools to make a huge difference in their careers.
